Let me share something with you. I’m a white Jewish male and one of the 25%. As a writer-producer I’ve been working on a project with director-actor Bill Duke, one of my closest friends, who continues to teach me about facets in this article. I do the same with my cultural differences. We’ve been working on a project about boxer Joe Louis together, and we’ve gotten into the thick. Regardless of how open-minded some of us are, it’s astounding to me how ignorant we can be about our differences.
