Cut the sales for one month and create goodwill. I continue to receive legitimate opportunities from this platform. Do you?

Spam. Processed Pork.

The spam mystery meat you see above? The ingredients are the following, according to Hormel Foods: Pork with ham meat added, salt, water, potato starch, sugar, and sodium nitrite.

Hell, it’s a stretch, but this is very similar to how I see Medium spammers: Manufactured hams with little if any life experience in matters for which they claim expertise and charge for it.

I received a nice comment yesterday, which inspired this short piece. The comment was in part a thank you for my sharing writing advice for free on this platform. The other part was a wish for continued opportunities to come my way for doing so.

I appreciated that, as my incentive remains as it’s always been: I just want to help, and I want to continue to prove the point that just about anything a writer can pay for — by way of information and education — can be found (legally) online for free.
